Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
Veermu is an adults-only dating service. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. We may request age or identity evidence where safety concerns arise.
2. Respectful use
Do not impersonate anyone, harass, threaten, exploit, scam, solicit money, share another person's personal information, send unlawful or intimate content without consent, or bypass safety controls. We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts to protect members and meet legal obligations.
3. Verification and safety
Veermu uses account and photo-verification controls designed to reduce impersonation and fake profiles. They reduce risk but cannot guarantee every member's identity, intentions, or safety. Meet safely, never send money or verification codes to a match, and contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
4. Content and privacy
You retain ownership of content you provide, but grant Veermu the limited licence needed to host, display to the audience you choose, moderate, and operate the service. Read the Privacy Policy for data processing, biometric photo checks, Loyalty Score safeguards, and rights.
5. Loyalty Score
The Loyalty Score is a trust feature, not a credit, employment, housing, insurance, or legal decision. Reports alone do not lower it. You may request a human review through the signed-in Privacy Centre.
6. Memberships and payments
Checkout is completed on PesaPal's payment page; Veermu does not collect raw card numbers or CVCs. Before checkout we show the plan, currency and price. Unless a checkout screen states otherwise, a membership lasts 30 days and does not auto-renew. You may cancel future renewal before renewal; access remains until the paid period ends. Fees already used are normally non-refundable except where required by law or where Veermu made an error. Taxes, provider fees and exchange-rate differences may apply and are disclosed before payment.
7. Changes and availability
We may update these terms for legal, safety, or service reasons and will notify members of material changes. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Veermu is a paid subscription service. Access to paid features starts only after Veermu receives and verifies payment through its payment provider. You may cancel future renewal through your account or by contacting customer support before the next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Core safety controls apply to every plan and are not removed by a paid plan.
